J. ARTHUR M SDN BHD aims to deliver within the agreed time frame upon purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame should unforeseen circumstances arises. Kindly refer to the J. ARTHUR M SDN BHD in our Terms and Conditions.

Apart from such unexpected events which are beyond our control, we will do our best to fulfill your order.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

At J. ARTHUR M SDN BHD, all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday by using our appointed courier service providers. Orders will be processed on the next day and customer will be receiving the order within stipulated working days except public holidays.

Delivery For Malaysia Only

Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia only. PO Box addresses are not accepted, as we currently do not ship overseas. The order will be handed over to the delivery agent in 1 to 3 days and the delivery time will be estimated around 5 to 7 days, depending on the delivery agent service.

Delivery Practices

Please note that you will have to sign for your order. J. ARTHUR M SDN BHD will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient. Should you be unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the assigned logistic company will provide a notification card advising on the process for redelivery. Please call the assigned logistic company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery. After three attempts (total) at delivering your order, it will be returned to J. ARTHUR M SDN BHD. Following this, redelivery will be at the expense of the customer.

Defect Or Damage

If you discover an external defect or damage upon delivery, kindly fill up the form with supporting evidence and your invoice number, to arrange for return or full refund within 7 days. Click on "Returns" found under the Customer Service of our Homepage to get the form. Do note that the final decision is subject to the company's discretion. In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please also fill up the same form and we will be happy to assist. Tracking Orders

Once your order/s have been picked up by our assigned logistic company the tracking codes will be available, and you can then track the delivery status of your order via “my order history” in your account page. Tracking and order information will be also sent via email, once order is ready to be shipped.

Out Of Stock Items

Items marked “out of stock” are not available for order. You may add the item to your Wishlist. We will email you once the items are back in stock.

We strive to deliver your order within the delivery timing indicated. However, in the event of stock unavailability of items ordered, we will inform you within 2-3 business days and we seek your kind understanding in the delay of shipment pertaining to stock availability.
